Speech and Language Therapy

Children

Our pediatric services primarily focus on early speech and language development (ages 0–5), though we welcome children and teens across all ages and developmental stages (0–18). Additional areas of support include:

 

  • Speech – improving articulation, clarity, and coordinating speech movements, including motor speech challenges and apraxia

  • Language – supporting vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension skills

  • Alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) – tools and strategies for nonverbal or partially verbal children

  • Social communication – building interaction, conversation, and pragmatic skills

  • Feeding – supporting safe and functional eating and oral motor development

Adults

Our adult services support communication, speech, and language needs across a range of situations. Areas of focus include:

  • Speech – improving clarity, articulation, voice quality, and coordination of speech movements, including motor speech challenges and apraxia

  • Language – supporting comprehension, word retrieval, and effective expression

  • Social communication – enhancing conversation skills, workplace communication, and social interaction

  • AAC & assistive communication – strategies and tools for those with complex communication needs
